Allan P. White


Allan White, the founding partner of the firm, is now counsel emeritus, allowing him to resume the hands on practice of law. Allan practices in the area of insurance defense litigation, with emphasis on the areas of equine liability, bloodstock, recreational liability, professional indemnity, veterinary malpractice, and employment practices law. Allan is well-known in the equine industry representing trainers, farm owners, riders and veterinarians and is listed in the "Who's Who" section of the website He also acts as an arbitrator and/or mediator for various insurance and commercial disputes and has been a small claims court arbitrator. Allan has lectured extensively at various associations and conventions on such topics as the status of the law and the relationship between insurers and their attorneys.

Allan, who started the firm with only one employee, a part-time secretary, is pleased to have watched the firm develop into a well-respected full service insurance and litigation firm with a skilled professional and administrative staff.
